If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or store credit according to our policy.
Once the item has been successfully delivered to the customer, Kama Secret is no longer liable for any breakage, damage, or harm that occurs thereafter. All responsibility for the care, maintenance, and safe handling of the product transfers to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns & Exchanges
